Impossible Goals

“With great power comes great responsibility.” 

Everyone knows this quote from the Spiderman movie and everyone knows that it can be applicable to life, especially for government officials who usually go corrupt after being put into office. Well, the way I see it, this is not the only thing that is true. I believe that with great dreams also comes great responsibility.

I know a lot of us had crazy dreams before, dreams that seemed so impossible and are still actually impossible until now, but there are some dreams that at one point actually seem attainable. And what do we do when these dreams reach this attainability? We chase after them. 

However, it’s not that easy to do. It’s always a challenge to be able to make dreams come true but I believe that’s what makes it more it in the end. Just don’t kill yourselves trying to achieve your goals because believe me, it’s possible.

So I wish you good luck and I hope all your wishes come true. 🙂

Freedom!

I never thought this moment would come but yeah I’m FREE!!! This was one hell of a sem. There was hardly ever time for anything. D: Well, that’s done. FINALLY!!! I’m now just hoping that my grades are really nice. Hoping for the best! 🙂

SEMBREAK TIME!!! Time to hit the books. 😀

Random Thought #3

Sometimes I wish that I didn’t work for the school magazine. Perhaps if I didn’t then maybe my writing style wouldn’t be too structured or too fixed. Perhaps, I would also learn to write more freely. To just let go and let it be. To trust nothing else but the hands that write the things are flowing out of my head. I feel like the pressure that I got from writing with strict deadlines and the attached idea that the article I was writing must be perfect got to me and made me lose my passion and love for just writing and writing without taking into consideration what others might think of it.

P.S. And because of this random thought, I am not even gonna edit what I wrote above and just press publish. 🙂

Life gets tiring. It’s true but you’ve got to keep on living cause that’s the only way to be happy.

Because of Nothing

Hello Paper! 

The only reason that I’m blogging again now is because I am currently avoiding a super long essay for my SA class that is due tomorrow. The topic is actually good since it’s about how families change due to the change of society’s accepted practices (or at least that’s what I think we’re supposed to be doing). The class is just super dragging and I feel like if I don’t take a break, I’m gonna squeeze my brain dry. 😛

Anyway, there isn’t much for me to talk about right now since I’m also trying to save all my other brain power for another SA project, which I wish I started sooner. *sigh* It really is hard when your sacrificial subject can’t be sacrificed anymore. I really wish this sem would end already. (Roughly, a month left!) I need to rest my brain a bit from too much worrying or else I’m gonna go crazy!!! D: 

Oh well. Might as well get to work again but before I go, lemme show you a picture of Calvin and Hobbes! (It’s my newest obsession)

Weird Little Me

I’ve been planning on blogging for a very long time now but I never really knew what to blog about. In fact, I don’t even know why I decided to re-establish a blog that I have kept dead for 3 years. So I guess I’ll just start this blog the way most things should be started, with a proper introduction.

I’ll start with some basic info. As my username suggests, you can all call me Tiggy. (It’s not my real name but I’m more likely to respond to this name rather than to my real name.) I am currently a 17 year old sophomore studying in Ateneo.  My course is kinda complicated so I’d rather not mention it.

I have a lot of interests. I like reading, origami, Naruto, baking, eating, and a whole bunch of other stuff. I also plan to do a lot with my life. I plan to publish a lot of books, to be an established and recognized writer, and to be a lawyer. I also plan to do a lot of stuff that other people before me haven’t done before and of course, I want to make a difference in the world. 😀

There are a lot of words that can be used to describe who I am and I could say one of my favorite ones would be “weird”. I could say that I’m weird cause of the weird ideas that pop out of my head and also because of the sudden shamelessness that I sometimes get to actually execute the said ideas. It’s embarrassing most of the time but without it I don’t think my life or the life of the people around me could be as colorful and wonderful as it is now. 😀

Another amusing word usually associated with me is the word “random”. I am random because I am the kind of person that tends to think a lot. Sometimes it’s the deep thinking that’s usually about what I think the meaning of life is but  most of the time, it’s just a whole jumble of random ideas and thoughts. And when these ideas begin planting themselves into my brain, I just can’t help but to always try to express them. So, yeah, I can say conversations with me can be quite weird and confusing but they are still pretty interesting and fun-filled, something that you guys are sure to expect in my blog.

So to end my little blog introduction, I’ll just make it clear. My blog would not focus on any certain subject. I’ll blog about whatever it is that I want to blog about. Sometimes it may be about books, movies, my opinions, and maybe just even life in general. You might also get to see some of my fiction works but as of, that seems unlikely. All I know is that I plan to stay as true to myself as possible in all of my blog entries. I can’t promise that my blog would be always fun but I can guarantee that I would do my best to make it worth your time. 🙂
